All Forum events will be held at the DoubleTree Hilton – Tower of London on Pepys Street. On Monday afternoon you will proceed directly up via elevator to the WildSide Gallery on the Roof Top from 16:00. On Tuesday morning, please make your way to the Foyer on the mezzanine level, one flight up from the Lobby beginning at 8:00. We will end the afternoon at the open air roof top Savage Garden for our closing reception.
There are no formal overnight hotel room arrangements for this event and you can feel free to stay at this DoubleTree Hilton or any other location of your preference. We always strongly recommend to “local” guests that they give every consideration to staying at the Venue or nearby to help focus your attention to the program and other participants for maximum value.
The DoubleTree hotel is a five-minute walk from the Tower of London. It sits between the Tower Hill tube station and Fenchurch Street rail station, for easy exploring. Skyline views meet classic cocktails at the rooftop bar, and every stay starts with a warm chocolate chip cookie. Central London is a 15-minute tube ride away.
